Picking up the phone or sending an email asking for help, can be really hard. With me, you have nothing to fear. I've been a therapist for over 25 years and have had the opportunity to work with a wonderful array of people. I always start where my client is and work together towards the goal or goals you have. No judgment, just compassion, a great listening ear, some humor (when appropriate), and an enormous amount of respect for the person you are. I also have training through Star Behavioral Health so that I may help veterans.
